Robert’s work is as exciting and different as he is. Never content to do the same thing twice, Robert’s pieces are each a dive into the unknown. His artistic career has taken him from kite making to pottery and his clay works retain a sense of lightness. “I love the challenge that large pieces offer me, and I feel a strong connection to life’s currents. Being alive is being tuned in every second, and to be present to what surrounds me has a strong influence on my work. Nature is so evocative, with large lines and delicate nuances counterbalancing at the same time, these are the elements that you will find in my work.”
The bird bath collection is designed to add a creative focal point to your garden or terrace and each is available with a unique iron stand in two models, for either positioning in the ground or placing on a tabletop.
Custom tiles and murals are another avenue I love to explore. Please contact me directly if you have a special project in mind.
As I am constantly researching and exploring new glazes and shapes, each piece I make is unique.
The serving platters are designed to enhance your living space as well being usefull to serve food. As coffee table pieces or wall hangings, these unique art works add elegance and originality to your environment.
Robert has participated in all the major craft shows across Canada including the One of a Kind Show in Toronto, the Salon des Métiers d’Art du Québec in Montreal, and many others.
